Illinois To Help Nurses Pay Back Student Loans

The State of Illinois is helping Nurses providing care at Illinois Vetrans’ Homes pay back their Student Loans thanks to the new program called Veterans’ Home Nurse Loan Repayment Program administered by the Illinois Student Assistance Commission.

This new program is designed to help Nurses that work at Illinois’s 4 Veterans Hospitals pay back their Student Loans with up to $5000.

Illinois has allocated up to $1.2 million dollars for this program.
